Your child MUST BE signed up to swim or dive at a meet. If they do not sign up at least 48 hours before the meet, they will NOT be allowed to swim or dive at the meet. It is important to declare your swimmer for every meet whether your child is attending or not.

Look for this button on the events calendar to select the meet you want to sign-up for.

To declare a swimmer for meets, please do the following:

On the SwimTopia Mobile App

1. Open the SwimTopia app and sign in with your parent account.
2. Find the upcoming meet you want to declare for.
3. Tap the meet to open its details.
4. Tap Meet Sign Up
5. Tap Edit to change each swimmer’s status.
6. Select Attending or Not Attending
7. Tap Save Entries to confirm

On the SwimTopia Website

1. Login to your SwimTopia account
2. Go to Meet & Event Calendar - Stonecrest Stingrays
3. Click on the green Meet Entry icon for each available meet
4. Tap Edit to change each swimmer’s status.
5. Select Attending or Not Attending
6. Tap Save Entries to confirm

We will hold practice in the rain. If we hear thunder or observe lighting we will end practice and swimmers must exit the pool. Coaches will decide whether to postpone and wait for the weather to clear or completely cancel the practice.

Notification about canceled practice both prior to starting or during practice will be sent via SwimTopia alerts and email. If the weather is iffy, please watch closely for a message. If no message is sent, plan on practice as scheduled.

In the case of meets, postponement or canceling due to weather is at the discretion of the meet director for the home team. If the weather is iffy, please watch closely for a message. If no message is sent, plan on the meet happening as scheduled.
