Parent Responsibilities
The contributions and support of our Stingray parents is always outstanding! Here are the ways you can support your swimmer(s) and support our team.
- Read our entire Stonecrest Stingrays website to familiarize yourself with our meets, events, news, coaches, and parent expectations.
- Register your child(ren) for our team before the priority deadline.
- Enter your child(ren)'s meet entry (RSVP) for each meet whether they are attending or not, at least 48 hours before the meet.
- Update your contact information in SwimTopia. All our team communications are sent via SwimTopia.
- Get the SwimTopia app. The app allows for Alert notifications about our team on your phone. Plus, you can view the line up and meet results as they are entered at the meets.
- Be aware of the minimum volunteer requirements each season and sign up to help fill volunteer spots at our meets. RSVP for jobs can be found on our meet calendar for each meet.
- If your plans change and you cannot volunteer, you must find a replacement, and if a replacement is not possible, contact team organziers.
- Serve as a role model for all our swimmers by having a positive attitude and good sportsmanship.
