Stonecrest Stingrays

Our athletes are focused on competing at their best and having fun. Meanwhile, we rely on all families to volunteer and donate items to ensure a successful season for the team. Every family (except Little Ray only families) is expected to fill the required number of volunteer points for both the snack stand items as well as roles at swim meets. The number of points per family will be determined once we know how many families we have registered. In the past it was 8 points per family (not athlete). Point totals are higher in years we host a Championship meet. 

FINES FOR NO SHOWS OR NO PARTICIPATION

We rely on the help of parents at the meets and practices. Team organizers will establish a minimum requirement of job duties and/or food donations for each family to fulfill. If you sign up for a job and are no longer available, it is your responsibility to get a replacement for your job before the event begins. If you are not able to get a replacement, we ask that you notify us via email so we are aware. Not showing up or not meeting the minimum may result in a fine.

To sign-up or make edits, please do the following:

On the SwimTopia App

1. Open the SwimTopia app and sign in with your parent account.
2. Find the upcoming meet you want to volunteer for.
3. Tap the meet to open its details.
4. Tap Job Signup
5. Tap Sign up for Jobs
6. Select or change jobs by clicking or deselecting the check box
7. Tap the Save Assignment to confirm

On the SwimTopia Website

1. Login to your SwimTopia account
2. Go to Meet & Event Calendar - Stonecrest Stingrays
3. Click on the green Job Sign up icon for each available meet
4. Click Sign-up for Jobs icon
5. Select or change jobs by clicking or deselecting the check box
6. Click the Save Assignment icon to confirm

The importance of volunteers cannot be overstated. The donated foods allow us to raise money for our team expenses. Sharing duties at the meets allows all families a chance to enjoy cheering for our children as they compete.
