Hello Stingrays Parents,

It’s time to let us know what meets your child will attend and to sign up for volunteer jobs and food donations at our meets.

Grab your calendar(s) and take care of all your sign-ups right away!

The Meet Entry is Open and Available on SwimTopia.

Parents must declare their child for every meet, whether attending the meet or not. Athletes cannot be entered in the line up unless a parent declares them in SwimTopia. Please do so at least 48 hours before the meet start time.

***Championship meet entries are not on our calendar yet. We will notify you when they are added by the league.

The Volunteer Sign-up is Open and Available on SwimTopia. Spots are Filling Fast!

Each and every family (not per athlete) is required to sign up for at least 9 points this summer. If you are trained or will be trained soon for judging, please help fill those jobs.

The sign-up list includes jobs and food donation at both home and away meets. For a description of the job, click the black i symbol next to the job name. We recommend families do a combo of some jobs and some food donations.

FINES FOR NO SHOWS OR NO PARTICIPATION

We rely on the help of parents at the meets. If you sign up for a job and are no longer available, it is your responsibility to get a replacement for your job before the event begins. If you are not able to get a replacement, we ask that you notify us via email so we are aware. Not doing so, or if you do not meet the minimum requirement of 9 points, may result in a fine.

The importance of volunteers cannot be overstated. The donated foods allow us to raise money for our team expenses. Sharing duties at the meets allows all families a chance to enjoy cheering for our children as they compete. Thank you in advance for all your help!
