Swim & Dive Teams: Dryland practice at the usual practice times. Skip the suits and wear athletic attire and sneakers. Bring a bottle of water too!

Little Rays: Practice is canceled

**Friendly Reminder**: We have a meet this Thursday! Please RSVP your child for every meet whether they are attending or not. Coaches begin planning the meets in advance and a complete RSVP is very helpful. Swimmers that are ‘undeclared’ cannot be included in the lineup.
