Hello Stingray Parents!

Thursday night is our first meet! Below are some reminders and details. For new families, see our Swim Meets 101 page on the website to help you prepare. See also an attached message from Kaybrook at the bottom.

Warm up as a team starts at 5:20 PM
Team meeting at 5:50 PM before the National Anthem

PLEASE help get your kid(s) to the block when it is their turn. We line up 2 heats at a time. Listen carefully to the announcements for each event to know when they should head to the block. 

Volunteers

We have ZERO spots left to fill for Thursday’s meet! Thank you for helping fill all the spots. If your plans change, please find someone to replace your spot. Email us if you have trouble filling your spot. We have a sign-in sheet parents will use to check-in. Look for Heather Hemmer.

***The Lineup (Please Review)***
The lineup is finished and entered into SwimTopia. The best way to view your child’s events is via the SwimTopia mobile app. Please check the app now to confirm they are or are not included and again before the meet for any changes.

• your child will be attending and does not have any events, or
• your child will not be attending and has been assigned events

This will help them make corrections in a timely fashion.
