Practices for this week 7/20-7/24

Monday-Friday: Swimmers attending Champs will practice at 9:30-10:30 AM

Monday-Friday: Little Rays will practice 10:30-11:00 AM

Swim Champs
Attached is an updated version of the champs entries. The B relay for Event #38, Boys 12&U 200 Medley Relay has been removed. More meet details including arrival and warmup times will be emailed later this week.

The theme is Winter Wonderland. Teams are encouraged to decorate their areas. We’re looking for volunteers to loan us any winter/snowy/festive decorations. If you have any to contribute email [email protected].

Volunteer Sign-Up: Trident is asking each team to please send 1 volunteer per session (3 total) to be the timers at Champs. We still need a volunteer for Friday night and Saturday afternoon. Please use this link to sign up.
